About Library
Arrupe Central Library of St Xavier’s College Jaipur is one of the state-of-art library. The library is fully automated and upgraded with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. The latest version of Koha-integrated Library Management System Software and the digital library using DSpace software for digital library and institutional repository manage the library operations. The library is equipped with all the modern facilities and resources (print and electronic) in the form of books, journals, CDs etc. The library follows the Dewey Decimal Scheme of classification, AACR-II cataloguing code, and MARC-21 format for bibliographic data. Books are arranged on the shelves in numerical order from 000-999.

- To acquire, manage, and disseminate information to students, faculty and research scholars.
- To provide accurate, current and timely information to the users to meet their requirements.
- To provide information services and access to digital and printed resources to support the scholarly and informational needs of the institution.
- To support and facilitate learning, teaching and research activities of the College.
- To provide an appropriate and comfortable environment for optimum use of facilities and services provided by the library.
