St. Xavier’s College Jaipur has initiated an Innovative effort of establishing an  INNOVATION & INCUBATION CELL (IIC) in the academic session 2020-2021. The  primary objective of this cell is to facilitate the creation of Job providers in India. Taking  forward the mandate of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) & Atal  Innovation Mission (AIM), we being a higher education institution aims to provide a platform  to students to create new ideas and inventions, which shall benefit the students, our  institution, and society at large. The basic aim of this cell is to bring small transformations in  the society resolving the basic problems prevailing in the environment, by guiding students or  young entrepreneurs to come up with solutions to the problems through their entrepreneurial  initiatives.
