Role and Responsibilities

IQAC

  1. Chairperson
    1. To convene and chair the meetings of IQAC.
    2. To approve the suggestions placed by the steering committee before placing it in the IQAC meeting.
    3. To act as a bridge between college management and IQAC.
  2. Coordinator
    1. To get directions from the chairperson on behalf of the college management
    2. To execute the decisions of IQAC on behalf of the chairperson and to coordinate with the units of the college.
    3. To act as the Primary point of contact for NAAC during the accreditation process
    4. To maintain proper record of all the meetings of IQAC in consultation with the chairperson.
    5. To coordinate with steering committee coordinator for NAAC process
    6. To coordinate with all the academic and administrative heads for smooth execution of the IQAC
    7. Any other task entrusted by the chairperson or the management of the college
  3. Members
    1. To work in coordination with IQAC coordinator for the effective implementation of various decisions of IQAC
    2. To execute the role/ tasks assigned by IQAC coordinator as a part of the strategies of IQAC and to give suggestions as when needed
    3. To assist the coordinator in successful implementation of the strategic plans of IQAC

Steering Committee

  1. Coordinator
    1. To facilitate a smooth process for the preparation of NAAC accreditation by engaging all the staff members
    2. To work in coordination with IQAC for NAAC accreditation through IQAC coordinator
    3. To coordinate with all the members for effective implementation of the various plans of steering committee
    4. To allocate and execute the directions received from management to prepare for NAAC accreditation
    5. To coordinate with all the academic and administrative heads to effectively prepare for NAAC accreditation

    1. To work in coordination with the coordinator for smooth functioning of the committee
    2. To execute the role/tasks assigned by the coordinator and to give suggestions as when needed
