The Two-Day Research Methodology Workshop was organized by the Research and Development Cell (RDC), St. Xavier’s College Jaipur, in collaboration with the Research Project Committee, RDC and the Meghnad Desai Academy of Economics, Mumbai, on 22–23 January 2026 in hybrid mode at the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Conference Hall. The program was coordinated by Dr. Yashwardhan Singh and Dr. Shruti Rawal and witnessed the participation of 75 students from different institutions.

The workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of research methodology, project proposal writing, literature review, and empirical research. Sessions were conducted by Dr. Yashwardhan Singh and Dr. Shreshti Rawat, who discussed research design, formulation of objectives and hypotheses, literature review techniques, and data sources for empirical research. Student groups also presented their research proposals and received valuable feedback from the academic panel. Overall, the workshop enhanced students’ research skills and provided practical guidance for developing high-quality academic projects.
