Synergy’25 – Investing in Ideas, the annual academic fest of the Economics Society, Department of Economics, St. Xavier’s College Jaipur, was held on 14–15 October 2025 in offline mode. The event brought together students from 8 schools and 18 higher education institutions, creating a dynamic platform for academic exchange, experiential learning, and healthy competition. The fest was coordinated by Dr. Yashwardhan Singh, Dr. Sunita Choudhary, Ms. Aneesha Jain, Mr. Baldev Singh, and Ms. Akshita Bhatia.

The programme began with an inaugural conclave featuring a panel discussion on “Skill, Scale, and Speed: Driving India’s Employment towards Viksit Bharat.” Various competitions such as Inquesta (quiz), Kootniti (case study), Stock Shock (mock stock market simulation), Econopoly (economic strategy game), and Hitout (cricket tournament) engaged participants in analytical thinking, teamwork, and decision-making. The fest successfully enhanced students’ understanding of economic issues while promoting critical thinking, leadership, and collaboration in an intellectually stimulating environment.
